Teacher Training Pricing & Course Structure:
—Block 1 (Mat): $1,500
—Block 2 (Reformer): $1,500
—Block 3 (Reformer Spine Corrector/Barrel): $1,500
—Comprehensive Certification: $1,500 per block for Blocks 4, 5, and 6

Flexible Hybrid Learning Model
Our flexible program lets you learn at your own pace with videos and readings, while Saturday in-person sessions (4–6 hours) deepen your practice and understanding.

—Reformer Blocks: 40 hours of in-person training
Beyond in-person sessions, you’ll log hours for practice, observation, and hands-on teaching to earn your certification.

Before you join, we recommend having at least 10 Pilates mat or reformer classes under your belt. These can be taken anywhere—online or in person, at any studio that suits you. Think of it as laying the foundation for a strong, confident start!

The online coursework is thoughtfully structured into weekly sections, helping you stay on track at a steady pace. Most students spend an average of 4–7 hours per week, but there’s flexibility in how you manage your time. While the weekly schedule serves as a guide, you must complete the required number of weeks before attending each in-person training.

In-person training takes place on Saturday afternoons. Over the course of three months, you’ll complete at least 20 hours—possibly more if needed. Scheduling will be finalized as a group to ensure it works for everyone.

Yes! Attendance at all in-person training sessions is required.

If you miss an in-person session, you’ll need to schedule a makeup session with an NCPT teacher to cover the material. The cost for a makeup session is $55 per hour.

Yes, Body Organics Education is accredited by ITTAP (International Teacher Training Accreditation for Pilates) and is listed as an NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program) with South Beach Pilates.

While some Pilates franchises may require their own training programs, our certification is widely recognized across the global Pilates industry.

As a graduate, you’ll be qualified to teach in Pilates studios, fitness centers, private practices (for individuals or small groups), and on virtual teaching platforms.

We love seeing our graduates thrive! Many go on to teach at our studio, and we’re happy to introduce you to our network of studios for potential job opportunities. We also offer studio rental options if you want to build your own client base.

Absolutely! The more classes you take, the better. Plus, students receive a discounted rate on all classes during training.
Program Costs & Payments

Yes, we offer a flexible payment plan—pay half of your tuition when signing up, with the remainder due before your first in-person training.

What’s included? Digital manuals, video resources, in-person training, and a final test-out. You’ll also have access to the studio for practice, observation, and teaching hours (pre-approved times required). If you prefer printed manuals, you’ll be responsible for printing costs, but digital versions are always included.

Yes! However, 50% of your observation, assisted teaching, and teaching hours must be completed with an NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher). The remaining 50% can be done with any qualified Pilates teacher.

Each certification has specific hour requirements, which we’ll go over in detail during your initial call.

You’ll receive thoughtful, personalized feedback from our teacher trainers during in-person sessions. You’ll also submit recorded practice sessions, which we’ll review together to fine-tune your teaching skills.

Yes! We offer continuing education workshops through the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) in areas such as pre/postnatal training, working with older clients, cueing, designing seamless class flows, and rehab-focused practices. You can also choose to have a mentorship with an NCPT teacher (fees vary).

South Beach Pilates and Body Organics Education do not require renewal. However, if you take the NCPT exam, you’ll need to complete continuing education credits to maintain certification—something we highly encourage for professional growth.
