Had a private class here today with a friend. Amazing. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great class. Highly recommend. If I am in Miami again I will definitely be back.

Great teachers, wonderful location and thanks to them I keep in shape and i relax after a day at work.

I took a class yesterday with Julia and it was excellent! She was such a great instructor and I really got a fantastic full body workout that I have been craving. She explained things really well and made sure to check in with how I was doing given that it’s been awhile since I was on a reformer. The studio itself seemed very clean with equipment appropriately spaced out given our current social restrictions thanks to COVID. I definitely plan to return for more classes!

Tina was fantastic on my assessment session on Monday ! Friendly , kind knowledgeable and all with patience ! I’m looking forward to my journey with this studio! Back today to begin!

I love this studio. I’ve been in Brazil for the last year, and I’m spending a month here. I made sure I booked my classes for the month. After my first class, I already I feel energized. Before moving, I had been to other pilates studio at beach, but I love the personalized attention teachers give here—-even in group settings. Teachers always make sure I am in right position, and help me find modified when needed.

Sobe Pilates is the best pilates studio I have ever been to. It is the friendliest environment and everyone who works there is so nice. I have been taking classes with Tina and she has transformed my body in only 10 sessions. I always look forward to my workouts which was never the case for me before I started coming here. Highly recommend this place!!!

I have been in Miami for 9 years.I found Sobe Pilates when i was looking for Pilates studio for myself and my husband. My husband is in a wheelchair so in need of individual professional expertise .Since our first visit we felt that was the place for us. The owners and the instructors are very knowledgeable and professional.Thanks to them both of us improved body and mind.We highly recommend this place to anyone with any type of injuries that feel they have been held back.They make you feel like at home and we try to come as often as possible.
