Pilates is for everyone—regardless of your fitness level, age, or ability. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our group classes and private sessions can be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

Not at all! We offer an intro package of two private sessions for $160. These one-on-one sessions with a teacher will help you get familiar with the equipment, spring settings, and Pilates fundamentals, including any modifications you may need. After your intro sessions, your teacher will recommend the best next steps—whether that's joining a class or continuing with private sessions.

Yes! Pilates is a safe and effective way to stay active during pregnancy. Just let us know how far along you are and confirm with your doctor that it’s safe to exercise. As you near the later stages of your pregnancy, private sessions will be the best option to ensure the exercises are tailored to your needs.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and your positive energy! All equipment, including mats, is provided. If you prefer your own mat, feel free to bring it along.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and lets your teacher observe your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability.

Class Information

You can sign up for classes online through our mobile app, Momence. Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance to secure your place.

We offer a variety of classes designed to meet you where you are:
Beginner Pilates Reformer – Build a strong foundation with mindful, guided movements.
Multi-Level Reformer – A dynamic class that offers options for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Mat Pilates with Props – Strengthen and stretch using small props like magic circles, foam rollers, and Pilates balls.
Tower Stretch – A deep stretch class using the Tower’s leg springs, push-thru bar, and roll-down bar for maximum mobility.
Cardio Jump Board Reformer – Elevate your heart rate with this energetic, low-impact cardio class.

Our classes are 55 minutes long, designed to give you an efficient and effective full-body workout.

Absolutely! Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and we also offer a Beginner Pilates Reformer class specifically for those new to Pilates. Plus, our teachers provide modifications and personalized guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident, no matter your experience level.

To ensure you get personalized attention and a top-notch experience, our group classes are limited to 6 participants.

Pilates is a highly effective tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Its low-impact, controlled approach strengthens weak areas, restores mobility, and improves alignment. Our certified teachers are skilled in working with clients recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain, including back issues, joint concerns, and post-surgical recovery. After your physical therapy release, we’ll continue your rehab work with tailored Pilates sessions to support your full recovery and long-term strength.

Yes! Pilates is a safe, supportive way to stay active during and after pregnancy. Our instructors offer tailored modifications to help you maintain strength, balance, and flexibility while keeping you and your baby safe. Whether you're preparing for childbirth or recovering postpartum, Pilates can help you feel strong and centered. Be sure to get your doctor’s approval before starting or continuing any exercise program.

Consistency is key! For noticeable results in strength, flexibility, and posture, we recommend practicing Pilates 2–3 times per week. You’ll feel a difference after just a few sessions, and with regular practice, you’ll see lasting improvements in your overall well-being.
