About Me

From your first session with Susie you will start mastering the fundamentals to build a strong core.  After 10 sessions clients will notice their energy level rising, sleeping better, and clothes that couldn’t fit in years wearing again.  Strengthening your core will not only help you with your tennis or golf but you will stand taller, have more confidence and be able to do the things you used to enjoy.  Her client list is full of thriving people who are working to improve their health.
Susie will watch your every movement, teach you how to move in a way that will leave you feeling strong, stretched and looking forward to your next session.  No pre choreographed routine but rather a program designed to move you through the session that will work on YOUR unique physical needs.
While Susie loves to teach clients of all skill levels through the rigors and refinements of a Pilates workout, she particularly is interested working with those “over 50”; those with specific physical limitations such as back or knee injuries; and pregnant women trying to stay in shape while getting ready for childbirth or recovering from giving birth.

Christina Specos

About Me

Christina Specos has been a certified strength and conditioning coach since 2002, and working in fitness since 1999! She was born in Philadelphia, PA and spent many years living in New Jersey before entering collegiate strength and conditioning in 2011 at Purdue University where she worked directly with women’s basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, golf and cheerleading. In June 2018, it was time for a change – and Miami Beach it was!

Christina is highly regarded by her peers as an industry leader, resource and influencer. Her passion is to help others to get better – whether the athlete, general population or fellow colleagues. A sucker for continuing education, she has tackled numerous certifications, making her background very diverse and unique. Her approach to fitness and performance training is very holistic, emphasizing the importance of working on everything from joint mobility to nutrition, mental techniques and recovery strategies as well as all the hard stuff 😉

About Me

Jheramie grew up in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Miami Beach in 2012.
She believes that the Pilates Method is the ultimate form of exercise creating positive changes to the mind, body, spirit and overall quality of life that can be enjoyed by all walks of life.
Her amazing attitude and rock hard body proves that she practices what she preaches!!

Michelle Taylor

About Me

Moved to New York City at the age of 18. She participated in gymnastics, but was most at home in team sports, particularly softball. Two unsuccessful knee surgeries saw the end of her playing days. Inspired by the effectiveness of Pilates for her own rehabilitation, she committed herself to helping others recover their strength through Pilates.

Fully certified through Pilates Academy International; she is also certified in Cardiolaties, Barres & Belles, Corealign and SilkSuspension. In addition, Michelle has her Personal Trainers Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a kettlebell license through Kettlebell Concepts. An enthusiastic teacher with a competitive outlook derived from her years in team sports, Michelle is committed to keeping her group classes up-tempo and challenging. In private sessions, she is able to sympathize with individuals with rehabilitation needs as well as help those who want to reach personal goals and maximize their physical fitness. Michelle is proud to be part of the South Beach Pilates team.

Kris Belding

About Me

Kris Belding lives in Miami Beach, Florida and currently holds certifications From Physical Mind Pilates, Gyrotonic, Corrective High performance Exercise Kinesiology-C.H.E.K. She has been teaching movement for 14 years. She teaches group classes and private sessions at South Beach Pilates. Kris has combined her degree in Psychology & Sociology, LCSW and her training in Theta Healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming – NLP, & hypnosis work for a unique approach to training the body and mind. She continues to travel the world teaching Pilates and NLP combining all of her methodologies into a unique modality that amplifies results for her clients. Allowing clients to effortlessly create effective change in their physical body and their mind.
 
Kris has done fitness modeling for years and was exercise content advisor, consultant and wrote the exercise program for The South Beach Diet books, magazines, DVD, and website program. She has been in multiple issues of Prevention Magazine including special interest publications, Social Miami, Social Affairs, Good Housekeeping, Ocean Drive, Modern Health. She has been featured on Fox and Friends, NBC and ABC fitness segments & The Cooking Channel. Kris’ favorite restaurant is My Ceviche – tuna tacos in lettuce she also loves guanabana juice – made from the cancer fighting fruit soursop.

About Me

Molly grew up in Lynchburg, VA and moved to Miami Beach in 2010 by way of Oxford, Mississippi.
Molly did her certification through Power Pilates NYC and credits her mat and tower workouts for losing her baby weight and keeping her mind clear while navigating life with a two young children.
Molly’s reformer class delivers a full body work out and challenges all fitness levels. Her systematic class will help you develop your skills and tone and stretch your entire body, keeping her clients coming back every week for more.
